Our client has been established for over 50 years and have become one of Britain’s largest and most reputable house builders. As a high performing business, they look for high performing people and as such are looking to appoint a talented PA to the MD who is based out of Guildford.

You will perform the typical duties of a PA; diary management, prepare meeting documentation, ensure that the necessary briefing materials are ready prior to meetings/follow-ups and updates, prepare and organise reports for meetings, minutes and agendas, prepare presentations to a high standard, draft correspondence, handle confidential and sensitive information/issues, complaint handling, screen and control incoming mail and telephone calls, manage and distribute monthly electronic board packs, weekly management meeting packs, and weekly site visit packs, organise travel/accommodation and process expenses.

The successful applicant will have solid experience of working at Director level, be professional with a pleasant manner when dealing with internal and external customers. Be self–disciplined, with good time management skills, the ability to multitask, manage a number of priorities and work efficiently and accurately under pressure. You’ll be IT literate with intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office programs. You’ll be happy helping out, covering reception if required and have a good sense of humour.

Experience of working in the house building or construction sector would be advantageous although not essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30 to 5.30

Base salary is £35,000 with a bonus on top of 10% which is currently being achieved.
