Our client is a respected residential developer who take great pride in producing an exceptional product and delivering outstanding levels of service to homebuyers.

They are looking for a New Homes Customer Service Co-ordinator who will be based in their office in Staines. You’ll provide the Company’s customers with an efficient, accurate and responsive customer service by receiving customer communications and co-ordinating contractors and internal customer service staff to ensure all issues raised are monitored and satisfactorily resolved, through the 2-year warranty period and beyond in accordance with the commitments to exceptional service.

You will manage department diaries and arrange appointments for service calls, raise instructions and defects notices via the customer service database to Contractors, Suppliers and Site Managers and monitor and report the progress of works.

Suitable applicants will ideally have experience in some sort of administration or customer service role within new homes, housing association or property management. Or alternatively, you’ll be in a similar type of role where you are coordinating field based personnel, being competent in scheduling works in line with priorities and deadlines etc.

You’ll be self-motivated and result orientated and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. Strong communication skills are essential coupled with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on multiple cases at any one time. You’ll be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have experience of working with in-house databases.

Hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.30 to 5.15 and Friday, 8.30 to 4.00.

This is initially a 12-month contract but could lead to a permanent role depending on the needs of the business.
