Our client, a respected international property company, have built great relationships with a range of customers from first time buyers looking to purchase their first home through to private and institutional investors looking to broaden their portfolios.

The demand for new build property in the UK has never been greater which has led to them needing an additional New Homes Broker for the West End Team. Suitable applicants will be responsible for sales of Luxury High End New Homes in London, whilst maintaining a high professional profile and a relationship with clients built on trust and integrity.

Your time will be split between the office and out in the field viewings therefore you’ll possess good time management skills with the ability to manage your diary effectively to maximise on business opportunities.

Typical Duties:
• Manage multiple developments with varying property portfolios from head office
• Liaise directly with developers throughout the sales and marketing process to tailor services to their requirements
• Advise developers on sales and marketing strategies to be conducted and provide regular progress updates
• Manage existing property investors to provide them with updated potential investment opportunities
• Liaise with other areas of the Group to support and promote company growth across various sectors of the business

Successful candidates will have experience of selling luxury new homes in London, either working directly for a developer or via an Agent.

This role offer an upcapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of between £70k - £80k.
