We are working with a leading Estate Agents who are looking for Sales Negotiator to work on-site for their client, a New Homes Developer, who build beautiful homes at the luxury end of the market.
Applicants will have experience of selling new homes, gained either from working directly for a Developer or on-site via an Agent. You'll be required to secure profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets
• Maintain the sales areas to the highest standard
• Research the marketplace and use the data to sell above the competition
• Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity
• Maximise the telephone as a sales tool
• Progress secured reservations to completion
• Anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise the cancellation rate
• Ensure a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process
• Work as a participative member of the sales team
• Effectively manage all sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided
Suitable applicants will be professional, presentable and highly driven individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customers service. In return for your commitment and hard work our client offers a highly competitive package dependent on experience.
Hours are 10.00am to 5.00pm, 5 out of 7 days including weekends on a rota basis.
