Our Client, a Division of a FTSE100 Housebuilder, requires a focused and determined Customer Care Manager to cover residential developments across the Norfolk and Suffolk region.
Reporting to the Construction Director, you’ll efficiently and effectively improve and be responsible for the delivery of Customer Care within the Division. Implementing the Group’s policies and procedures in relation to Customer Care and meeting and maintaining quality assurance standards. You’ll contribute towards the Division meeting its Customer Satisfaction targets and manage all post-occupation customer-related issues through to resolution via the Customer Care team.
Because of the things you’ll be dealing with you’ll need construction or building experience with a new homes background being preferable. Suitable applicants will be professional, articulate and well presented as well as computer literate.
This is predominantly a field-based role, but head office is in Chelmsford therefore a suitable location to live would be around the Ipswich area.
