Our client is an award-winning developer who are committed to designing and building homes that offer their occupants stylish and contemporary living environments. Their homes are distinguished by their inspirational design, creative use of materials, sustainable strategies, contemporary fixture and fittings and meticulous attention to detail. They have an opening for a talented Marketing Manager with a New Homes background to join the Head Office team based on the outskirt of North East London.
You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering the overall sales and marketing vision and strategy for each new development, after acquisition through to the sales launch, including:
• Managing the set-up of new developments from land acquisition and preparation and sales and marketing strategies and budgets through to the sales launch of the sales office and show homes including interior design and installation, landscaping, signage and presentation.
• Managing the production of marketing materials such websites, brochures, adverts, hoardings and site signage, off line leaflets and invitations, digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Creating a prelaunch marketing campaign to drive visitors to the launch.
• Continuing marketing activities through well planned and designed campaigns to ensure new visitor levels match required sales rate.
• Ensuring all marketing activities are delivered within set budgets and control those budgets throughout the life of the development.
• Responsible for the maintenance of developments and the updating of the website including site specific websites and portals
• Responsible for generating social media stories including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
• Attending and play key role in development specific meetings with project team from conception of each development through to sales launch and liaising with design, technical and production teams.
The successful applicant will be an experienced Marketing Manager who has carried out a similar role with a house builder or currently carries out a Marketing Co-ordinator role with a house builder and has the experience, ability and confidence to make the next step up in their career progression.
Whilst this is a head office-based role, you’ll be expected to visit developments in and around London and to the south to Chichester and to the west Oxford therefore you’ll need to be a car owner.
